The weather looks good for tomorrow....even so, we're going Nesco Roaster this year, I picked up some nice simple turkey grabber/holders at Big Lots last month as well as a real slick turkey baster.
If you haven't had a chance, dial up the History channel this Holiday weekend and watch Desperate Crossing: The Untold Story of the Mayflower, You'll see what a miracle the first thanksgiving was. We saw it this past weekend, it was riveting.
