A Happy Thanksgiving to all for 2005.
We at the ux household have loads to be thankful for, and we hope you and yours have a warm and wonderful Turkey Day.
I was hoping to rotisserie the bird on the grill this year, but the forecast calls for 31 degrees....Which is just a tad too cold to keep the grill at temperature with the rotisserie burner only (I need to make a small shelter around the grill to keep the wind out). Looks like it's the Nesco Roaster to the rescue!
.....Could someone please hand me the mashed potatoes?
